  • Land Verification Services: We validate ownership, boundaries, and legal status to prevent disputes and ensure secure transactions.
  • Land Sourcing Services: We source prime, conflict-free land tailored to your budget, location, and purpose upon request.
  1. Fees and Payments
  • Land Verification Fee: 1% of the property value.
  • Land Sourcing Fee: 5% of the property value.
  • All fees are non-refundable and subject to change.
  • OWNLAND offers a 150% money-back guarantee on transactions if any verified or acquired land encounters legal or ownership issues.
  1. User Responsibilities and Representations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful.
  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You have the financial capacity to complete any transactions initiated.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of OWNLAND. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Ownland shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, or failures of third-party providers.

We encourage users to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improving our Platform or Services. By submitting feedback to Ownland, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish your suggestions for any purpose without compensation.
